The Fleet Training and Compliance Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our fleet operations by providing training and compliance support to our fleet officers, riders, and drivers.

Main Responsibilities:

Training
  1. Collaborate with the Fleet Training and Compliance Manager to identify training needs and develop a training curriculum for fleet officers, riders, and drivers.
  2. Design and deliver training programs, including workshops, lectures, and individual training sessions, to ensure that our fleet personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide best-in-class customer service.
  3. Monitor attendance and participation in training programs and provide feedback to participants.
  4. Assist in the development of training materials, including SOPs, policies, and work instructions.
Compliance
  1. Stay up-to-date with existing fleet protocols and company policies and ensure that all fleet personnel are aware of and comply with these protocols and policies.
  2. Conduct audits and report findings to the Head of Fleet and designated Fleet Business Partner.
  3. Assist in the development of compliance-related training programs and materials.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
