Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own portfolio of blocks, ensuring the smooth running of each property.
  • Work closely with your Assistant to deal with day-to-day issues, allowing you to focus on managing client expectations.
  • Develop and produce budgets that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Negotiate fees and renew contracts to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Liaise with the Accounts team, Directors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Contribute to the success of the business by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
