Job Summary

Ipsum is seeking a skilled CCTV Drainage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of engineers, technicians, and equipment to ensure top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site audits to guarantee safety, efficiency, and timely completion of work
  • Manage all CCTV works for Severn Trent and collaborate with clients to define project scopes
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians to achieve operational excellence

Requirements

  • Valid driving license
  • Prior experience as a supervisor in the utilities sector
  • Proficiency in large-scale CCTV projects
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with waste network operations
  • IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office
