About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CCTV Drainage Supervisor to join our team at Ipsum, a leading provider of specialist utility and infrastructure solutions. As a CCTV Drainage Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of our engineers, technicians, and associated plant and equipment, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise CCTV drainage operations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of services.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the CCTV operational team to implement scope of works and meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisor role within the utilities sector, preferably in the drainage industry.
  • Delivery experience of large CCTV schemes.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT literate.
