Position Overview:
As a vital member of our Activities & Leisure Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all guests utilizing our aquatic facilities.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Adhering to strict health and safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
  • Safely storing and utilizing all chemical and cleaning materials in accordance with COSHH regulations.

Compensation:
The hourly pay rate is £11.44.


Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification).
  • The ability to swim a minimum of 100 meters continuously, both on your back and front.
  • The capability to dive to a depth of 3 meters.
  • Proficiency in breaststroke and familiarity with sidestroke.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo an Enhanced DBS check prior to employment.


Working Hours:
Hours will be scheduled on a rota basis over a 7-day period, which may include evenings and weekends, depending on the role. We strive to offer flexibility, including full or part-time options.
