Certified Pool Lifeguard Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a secure and safe environment for all guests utilizing the swimming pool areas.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service with a focus on safety and satisfaction.
  • Adhere to strict health and safety protocols, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and presented to the highest standards.
  • Safely store and utilize all cleaning and chemical supplies in accordance with COSHH regulations.

Compensation:
£11.44 per hour

Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • A valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification).
  • The ability to swim a minimum of 100 meters continuously on both back and front.
  • The capability to dive to a depth of 3 meters.
  • Proficiency in breaststroke and some knowledge of sidestroke.

This role requires the successful candidate to complete an Enhanced DBS check prior to employment. Working hours will be scheduled over a 7-day period, including evenings and weekends as necessary. We strive to offer flexible working arrangements, accommodating both full-time and part-time hours.
