Automotive Branch Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager or similar with an automotive parts background to help manage a busy branch in one of the UK's leading vehicle parts suppliers.

This market leader operates across 12 locations across the South Yorkshire and Midlands, committed to staff development through an in-house training academy and promoting from within, with enhanced benefits for long-term service.

As a key member of the branch team, you will ensure smooth branch operations, provide technical support to customers and staff, and drive growth by motivating the team to hit KPI targets.

This role will be suited to a motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager or similar looking for a role that can offer a route to become branch manager and access to a lucrative bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical reference to customers and staff
  • Liaising with customers face-to-face and on the telephone
  • Help lead a tight-knit team
  • Alternate Saturday Shift 08:00 - 13:00

Requirements:

  • Assistant Branch Manager or similar
  • Automotive background
  • Commutable to Ossett
