Assistant Branch Manager

Francesca's Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in Ossett. As a key member of our Motor Factors team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise sales of parts to trade and retail outlets, and other company departments.
  • Exceed agreed sales and revenue targets, in line with Company business strategy.
  • Work effectively within the company team, ensuring industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction.
  • Reconcile daily banking and complete administration and operational tasks accurately and on time.
  • Identify and connect with new customers and markets, growing market share, long-term loyalty, and profitability through high-quality marketing and promotion strategies.
  • Motivate the sales team to hit targets, communicate objectives, and provide regular constructive feedback.
  • Communicate our fantastic offers and promotions to our customer network.
  • Recruit, induct, and performance manage employees effectively.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a sales or management role.
