Job Summary
The Sterling Choice is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving manufacturing excellence and improving processes across our facilities.
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in food manufacturing and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives. As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, analyzing data to drive decision-making, and developing and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement process improvements to drive manufacturing excellence and reduce costs.
- Analyze Data: Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Develop and Implement Lean Six Sigma Methodologies: Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, and develop and implement training programs to ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong Background in Food Manufacturing: A minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, with a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification: A Lean Six Sigma Belt or equivalent certification is required.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
