Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Disposals Manager to lead our asset optimisation efforts at ELEVATE PROJECTS LTD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse the efficiency of our stock using a wide range of data and property information.
  • Determine the Net Present Value of assets using calculations.
  • Visit properties to assess potential for development or conversion to improve performance.
  • Liaise with sales teams to dispose of assets deemed suitable for disposal.
  • Analyse diverse data sets using Excel and Power BI to calculate efficiency of assets.

Requirements:

  • Background and understanding of property, particularly related to asset analysis and investment/disposal.
  • Experience in data analysis and proficiency in Excel and other software packages.
  • Understanding of NPV and capital expense evaluations.
