Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified social worker to join our team at Rochdale Council's Cared for Children Service. As a social worker, you will be responsible for a caseload of complex cases, providing advice and support to other social workers and service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and support to other social workers and service users
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and carers
- Participate in the planning and reviewing of cases
- Provide high-quality reports and give evidence in court as required
- Work effectively on complex situations and use your initiative to evaluate your own and others' practice
Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
- Experience working with children
