Policy Manager

We are seeking an experienced policy professional to join our team and contribute to our regulatory reform programme. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide-reaching programme of organisational change involving legislative reform, policy development, and consultation and engagement.
About the RoleAs a Policy Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing policy projects and workstreams that support the delivery of our Corporate Strategy and department workplan and priorities. You will monitor policy, legislative and other developments relevant to professional regulation, identify implications for the organisation, and provide recommendations and advice to senior leaders.

- Monitor policy, legislative and other developments relevant to professional regulation and identify implications for the organisation.
- Provide recommendations and advice to senior leaders on policy and regulatory matters.
- Collaborate with team members and colleagues across the organisation to meet shared goals.
- Effectively engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
We are looking for a collaborative and organised individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have proven ability to work effectively in a policy, public affairs or regulatory environment. We welcome secondment opportunities from other organisations.
