The Role

As a Data Insights Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in providing comprehensive data and analytics support to the business logistics division. Your role will involve data analysis, tool development, and delivering strategic decision-making across logistics stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as the main interface for senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support in data-driven decision-making.
  2. Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain advanced data analytics tools and technologies, including SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, and Python.

Requirements

  1. Proven leadership experience in data analytics, with a strong track record of delivering business value.
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across various functions.
  3. Strong technical skills in data analysis, data visualization, and data automation.
  4. Experience working in a commercial data analytics environment, with a background in logistics or a related field.
