As the Director of Data Analytics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics strategies that drive business innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Governance: Oversee data management, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across the organization.
  • Insight Generation: Lead a team to extract valuable insights from data, providing actionable recommendations to various business units.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of analytics initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of leading high-performing analytics teams.
  • Skills: Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel. Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
