CFO Insights is a leading CFO forum in Northern Europe, connecting and developing CFOs, finance leaders, and innovators. We're seeking an experienced Director of Talent Development to drive our growth and success.

About the Role

As our Director of Talent Development, you'll be responsible for building and implementing strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs and developing training programs. You'll create development programs that empower our team to deliver exceptional experiences across business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies to enhance team performance
  • Identify training needs and design programs to address them
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives

Requirements
  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a business or finance setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • UK work permit required
Work Environment

We're a flexible and dynamic team, working from our office in London (next to Victoria Station). We're looking for someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
