We are seeking an exceptional candidate to provide efficient and effective support to the Principal and act as a member of the academy's Senior Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will come from an administrative background and have previous experience of leading and motivating staff, providing clear vision and direction. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to gain credibility at all levels are essential.
Well-developed ICT skills and an understanding and ability to maintain confidentiality will be vital to the role. The Academy benefits from being part of the Outwood Family of Schools, a highly innovative, inspirational and ambitious organisation that guarantees every member of staff CPD and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team
- Assume the responsibility of Office Manager, line managing the academy's Reception/Admin function
- Clerk all meetings and provide administrative support on behalf of the Chair
- Administrative background with previous experience of leading and motivating staff
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed ICT skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
