Job Title: Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at 300 North Limited. As a key member of our M+E division, you will be responsible for managing a multi-site contract covering sites in the North East.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all hard services provisions across several sites, including Gas, A/C, and Electrics.
  • Work with mobile teams to plan, implement, and monitor PPM and reactive works.
  • Staff training, development, and reviews.
  • Manage client service delivery and contract KPIs across multiple locations.
  • Accountable for the financial performance of the contract.
  • Develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with clients.
  • Manage all SHEQ requirements across sites and conduct risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage technical compliance across the contract.
  • Work with operational and support teams to ensure completion times for planned, corrective, and reactive works.

This is a hybrid working role, with a mix of working from home, the Newcastle office, and visiting other sites as required. You will be responsible for managing a team of M+E engineers across the sites, who are responsible for day-to-day PPM and reactive maintenance of building facilities.

The contract has a P+L of circa £1m for a mixed commercial portfolio. If you have experience in managing engineering services, staff, and clients, and are looking for a challenging role with a reputable company, please apply.
