About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer in Altrincham Tesco Extra. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and handling deliveries to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
  • Replenishing stock, maintaining pricing, and implementing promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and offering product recommendations to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the toy aisles and surrounding areas
  • Collaborating with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 7pm, with varying shift patterns and overtime opportunities
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative, and take pride in your work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Basic knowledge of toys and games, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills
  • Reliability, dependability, and a commitment to meeting deadlines and targets
