We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at The Entertainer. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our stores, managing teams, and driving sales and trading performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountability for sales and trading performance, including analysis and optimization of trading space
  • Building strong relationships with Tesco partners and delivering The Entertainer experience in Tesco
  • Managing team performance, including annual reviews, disciplinary procedures, and absence management
  • Effective delivery of store tasks, including deliveries, stock storage, and promotional set-ups
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in analyzing reports and interpreting data to drive sales and performance
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
  • UK driving license preferred due to multi-site nature of the role
