Required Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should:

Hold an ONC/NVQ level 3 qualification or be willing to obtain it within a year Have relevant experience in a health, social care, or similar environment Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues Work collaboratively within a team, providing support when necessary Exhibit resilience under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively Possess strong verbal and written communication skills Be comfortable with IT and digital tools Display organizational skills and manage time efficiently Be flexible with working hours as needed Be willing to assist other locations when required

Additionally, you must meet our safeguarding criteria, including a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
