Required Qualifications

To thrive in this position, you should:

Hold an ONC/NVQ level 3 qualification or be willing to obtain this within a year Have experience in a health, social care, or related environment Demonstrate the ability to foster and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues Work collaboratively within a team, offering support as needed Exhibit resilience under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively Possess strong verbal and written communication skills Be comfortable utilizing IT and digital platforms Be organized and adept at managing your time Be flexible with your working hours when necessary Be willing to assist other locations as required

You will also need to fulfill our safeguarding criteria, including a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
