About The Role

We're looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at BrewDog Lothian Road. As a Sous Chef, you'll be responsible for leading in a busy kitchen, owning a section, and guiding and supporting the team to deliver high-quality food and fast service.

About You

We're looking for someone with experience working in a busy kitchen, preferably with some experience in supporting a Kitchen Manager. You'll be a natural trainer and love seeing the people around you learn and develop. You'll also be responsible for nurturing the future talent in BrewDog kitchens and taking pride in that.
