Leaders In Care Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager - Ophthalmology to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare recruitment agency, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our ophthalmic service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Management: Oversee the management of our ophthalmic service, ensuring seamless patient pathways across outpatient services, diagnostics, surgery, and follow-ups.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of nursing and AHP staff to maintain high standards of care, providing support and resources as needed.
- Clinical Practice Development: Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve clinical practices, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
- Reporting and Strategy: Report to our Director of Operations and Business Development, providing strategic direction and insights to inform business decisions.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: £42,000 per annum, based on experience, training, and qualifications.
- Holiday Entitlement: 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 days with service.
- Pension Scheme: Private pension scheme available.
