Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Group Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team at Vistry Services. As a key member of our central team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist with project work, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, including campaign planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to ensure effective content management and website updates.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales and marketing administration role, preferably in a property or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Understanding of industry standards and regulations, including consumer code and GDPR.
