Group Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Group Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team at Vistry Services. As a key member of our central team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders.
- Assist with project work, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, including market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with the digital team to ensure effective content management and website updates.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including sales data, customer interactions, and marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
- Proven experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in a new homes environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Desirable: experience with CRM systems, digital marketing, and industry-specific regulations.
