About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of our digital strategy. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our organization and driving engineering excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product-oriented software development and experience working with agile methodologies. You will be responsible for pushing the boundaries of our coding practices, extending languages and libraries as needed, and leading efforts to improve documentation and code skills across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive technical innovation and excellence in software development
  2. Lead code reviews and mentor team members to improve code quality
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our organization's architecture and technical debt
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software engineering
Requirements
  1. Strong experience with C#,.NET Core,.NET 8, SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure Cloud Environment
  2. Proficiency in Kubernetes and industry-standard tools and languages
  3. Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies and values
  4. Ability to coach and mentor team members to reach their highest potential
  5. Self-motivated and creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills
