We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Project Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Project Worker, you will play a vital role in providing house-related support to our customers, ensuring they receive the relevant support to maximize their potential and level of independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide house-related support to customers, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Manage health and safety responsibilities within a social housing environment
  • Assess customers' needs, writing and updating support plans
  • Work with statutory and non-statutory agencies on behalf of customers, encouraging choice and involvement
  • Develop professional relationships with customers, maintaining their personal choice, privacy, and dignity
Requirements
  • A sound knowledge of housing management, including voids and arrears management, and an understanding of occupancy agreements
  • Experience of motivating and encouraging individuals to reach their goals
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements
  • The ability to work independently, sourcing innovative solutions to problems
  • Some experience of working with customers with mental health and/or complex needs
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel or similar
  • NVQ3 in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards
