Payroll & Finance Administrator
Job Summary:Adecco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll & Finance Administrator to join our client's finance team. As a vital member of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing and financial administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Raising invoices and preparing payroll data
- Resolving queries and liaising with external agencies
- Updating Quickbooks and conducting reconciliations
- Producing reports and providing general administrative support
- Vast knowledge of Excel, including formulas and formatting
- Experience with Quickbooks and payroll/umbrella pay (desirable but not essential)
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters professional growth and development. With a hybrid working model in place, you will have the flexibility to work from home while also spending at least two days in the office once fully trained.
