Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Level 2 Early Years Educator to join our team at Kido International Nursery & Preschool Tooting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that supports the unique needs of each child.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress and achievements
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- A competitive salary of up to £25,000 for full-time, 40 hours per week
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service
