About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Cafe Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
