Tallgrass Recruitment Limited is excited to offer a Second Charge Mortgage Advisor position for a prestigious financial services company based in Warrington. This role has arisen due to significant business growth, and we are seeking experienced advisors to join a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Proactively contact a portfolio of fact-find leads generated through our online second charge mortgage platform.
- Customer Assessment: Assess customer applications and provide high-quality, tailored recommendations in line with the company's Compliance and Training & Competence Procedures.
- Advisory Services: Offer informed advice on second charge mortgage options using the company's innovative in-house software.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with industry regulations and lender criteria to ensure accurate guidance.
- Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the process.
- Performance Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with case managers to support customer applications.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing the customer experience by suggesting and implementing new ideas and processes.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: CeMAP qualification with experience in second charge advice.
