We are seeking an experienced Second Charge Case Manager to join our dynamic team at Brooke Harrison Recruitment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work closely with our Second Charge Mortgage Advisers, handling the following responsibilities:

  • Documentation Check: Verify client documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Case Packaging: Prepare and package cases to be submitted to lenders.
  • Pre-Underwriting: Conduct pre-underwriting assessments to ensure cases meet initial lending criteria.
  • Application Processing: Oversee the application process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transition through each stage.
  • Client Updates: Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates throughout the process.
Key Skills and Attributes:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Time Management: Ability to manage a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
