About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Person. As a key member of our depot team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our 'in stock' business model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, adhering to strict health and safety regulations and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  • Conduct regular security and compliance checks on incoming stock and outgoing orders, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform daily checks on forklift trucks and other mechanical equipment, promptly reporting any defects to the Depot Manager.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to Health & Safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Effective planning and organizing abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing workload efficiently.
  • A strong desire for continuous personal and professional development, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • The right to work in the UK and related evidence.
