Electrical Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Bennett & Game Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple electrical projects, from tendering and estimating to procurement and programme management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with electrical engineers and technicians to ensure projects meet technical specifications and safety standards.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, budget forecasts, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
