Electrical Project Manager Job Description

The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, including tendering, procurement, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical engineering and at least 5 years of project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out amendments or variations to existing projects and contracts.
  2. Estimate project costs and prepare tender documents.
  3. Work from the office, with regular site visits to survey new projects.
  4. Oversee projects including hotels, offices, and other commercial properties.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in an Electrical Project Manager role.
  2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering.

Benefits:

  1. Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  2. Bonus scheme based on performance.
  3. Car allowance: £6,000 per annum.
  4. 28 days holiday, including bank holidays.
  5. Standard working hours: 8am - 5pm, office and site-based.
