Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Registered Nurse
Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic care environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to adults with complex needs related to learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, including direct resident care and planning and evaluation of care needs.
- Manage and coordinate care services, ensuring seamless delivery of care to residents.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers.
Requirements:
- Current active NMC Pin and registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Post-qualified experience in a related environment, preferably in a care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to demonstrate a can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
