Candidate Profile:

Our client seeks a passionate and ambitious culinary leader who can inspire the kitchen team, leverage state-of-the-art kitchen facilities, and create memorable dining experiences that elevate the venue's reputation in the region.

The ideal Sous Chef should possess prior experience in delivering high-quality, fresh cuisine, meeting at least a 1 rosette culinary standard, and have a background in high-volume dining establishments.
