Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at FMCG Exec. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our operations to ensure seamless execution of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Technical, Finance, and HR functions to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations, as well as adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Manage production and warehouse operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and distribution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our operations remain competitive and compliant.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in production and warehouse management within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business systems, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Full UK driving license required.
