Day Services Support Worker

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to support people with learning disabilities and complex needs at The Crescent Day Service.
As a Day Service Support Worker, you will work closely with our carers, health, and multidisciplinary colleagues to provide postural management and a range of activities.
You will be expected to work as a co-keyworker with a small number of service users, promoting their independence, choice, dignity, health, and wellbeing.
Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills are essential for this role, as you will be required to support with personal care needs and maintain overall hygiene.
We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, able to communicate effectively, and motivated to ensure a high quality of care and support is provided.
