About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Day Services Support Workers. As a Day Services Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will work closely with our carers, health professionals, and multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure that our service users receive the highest quality of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Work closely with our carers, health professionals, and multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure that our service users receive the highest quality of care and support
- Support individuals to engage in meaningful activities and promote their independence, choice, dignity, health, and wellbeing
- Have good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills to fulfill your role
- Have some experience in a day service or social care setting or demonstrate a good understanding of gaining the best outcome for individuals who may have profound and multiple learning disabilities, Dementia
