We are currently seeking a Lead Procurement Specialist – Aftersales to become a vital part of our Parts and Accessories Purchasing team. In this role, you will oversee and mentor a group of Aftersales Parts and Accessories Buyers, ensuring optimal value for Triumph through the supply chain for direct components. Your leadership will facilitate collaboration across various functions, including Global Purchasing, Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and Aftermarket Sales, to achieve well-rounded and thoughtful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will cultivate and maintain in-depth knowledge of our global supply market, ensuring a robust knowledge base is upheld for the organization.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong problem-solving abilities and experience in negotiation and influence at all organizational levels. You must be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Flexibility is essential, as this role will require frequent international travel.
