Procurement Vehicle Lead

Triumph Motorcycles is seeking a skilled Procurement Vehicle Lead to join our Purchasing Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for project managing specific bike platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop platform strategies, and ensuring the timely delivery of procurement activities on new bike programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop timing plans and sourcing initiatives to support on-time delivery of new bike programs within their platform group.
  • Ensure plans support maintaining and building on our high-quality standards.
  • Reduce development lead-times of new model parts.
  • Deliver programs to budget for BOM cost and investment.
  • Facilitate the introduction of new market technologies to our products.

Requirements:

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, and QC teams.
  • Experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and tools.
