Key responsibilities include:

* Carrying out reactive tasks assigned to you via the help desk
* Achieving service level agreements set by the account manager
* Performing planned preventive maintenance in a timely fashion
* Knowledge of HVAC systems
* Complying with company risk assessments and method statements
* Carrying out plumbing works of all types

In return, you will receive an annual salary up to \u00a340,000, plus overtime and standby allowance, company vehicle, pension, tools, PPE, and mobile phone.
