Job Description

KPMG-UnitedKingdom is seeking a highly skilled Oracle ERP Technical Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Powered Connected Technology team, you will play a critical role in delivering SaaS ERP-based transformation programs for our clients.

The Role
  • Lead discussions with C-level client executives to shape their business transformation agenda enabled by Oracle ERP.
  • Be involved in moulding, leading, and supporting the delivery of large and complex Oracle ERP-enabled business transformation programs, such as System Integrations and Data Migrations.
  • Support and lead business development activities, including contributing to and presenting proposals/bids for future work.
  • Undertake quality reviews of in-flight programs to ensure delivery on track to time, cost, quality, budget, and benefits.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of current Cloud technology industry trends.
  • Support service development through ownership and management of our program and project management tools and techniques.
  • Actively contribute to the global people agenda, including people management and mentoring.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual with strong consulting skills and the ability to work with senior-level executives to deliver large multi-year business transformations enabled by Oracle ERP technologies. Essential qualifications include:

  • Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills to engage and guide senior client executives.
  • Solid understanding of program & project management techniques/tools and how these can be applied to help deliver success for our clients.
  • Solid understanding of business drivers that lead to Oracle ERP-enabled business change and transformation programs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Oracle technology estate, including ERP, OCI, and Data technologies.
  • Experienced in leading or owning parts of the bid process, owning responses to the technical solutions.

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Experience of being involved in practice development activities, including the design and development of thought leadership papers.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - experience of being involved in and leading proposals and bid development.
  • Project management qualification.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications OCI, OIC, OAC, etc.

Candidates must be eligible, able to gain, and retain National Security Vetting at the level of Security Check (SC).
