Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics365 Finance and Operations Implementation Manager to lead and design solutions for D365 Finance & Operations with a focus on project accounting for TfW Rail Ltd. The successful candidate will manage project scope with internal stakeholders, oversee project delivery, and provide guidance to project team members responsible for implementing the solution.

  • Establish and oversee formal project governance, including project plans, communication plans, risk and mitigation strategies, and managing project scope and schedules to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Lead project steering committee meetings and facilitate communication between internal sponsors and third-party partners to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for application design, scalability, and user experience, engaging with stakeholders to optimize system functionality and enhance end-user experience.
  • Develop functional specification designs that incorporate best practices and ensure efficient in-system processes with minimal manual intervention.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in D365 F&O implementation
  • Knowledge of AGILE/Waterfall methodologies and D365
  • Proficiency in D365 F&O, particularly in finance and project accounting modules
  • Demonstrated project management experience in ERP enterprise environments
  • In-depth understanding of D365 F&O system and configuration solutions
  • Proven track record in lifecycle implementations of D365 F&O
  • Strong business process acumen
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

Language Skills
