Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to our clients in the engineering and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine commercial project data to ensure accounting integrity and accuracy.
- Compile and analyze financial data to provide insights to finance and non-financial stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Regional Commercial Directors to manage risk and expand business opportunities.
- Assist with contract portfolio audits and internal controls.
- Develop and implement enhanced management information systems.
- Generate management account data for forecasting and budgeting.
- Ensure accuracy of contract working capital reporting.
- Oversee cash flow management and supplier payments.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior financial role, preferably in engineering or construction.
- Relevant accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
