Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housework.
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide companionship.
  • Administer medication and provide support with medical needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
