About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently and achieve their goals in life. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized support to help them maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to our clients, including bathing, showering, toileting, and dressing.
  • Assisting with medication management and administration.
  • Supporting our clients with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Accompanying our clients on outings and activities, such as shopping, social events, and hobbies.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients.
