Project Finance Manager

SSE Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Project Finance Manager to join our Renewables Financial Control team in Glasgow or Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Project Financial Control team, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of all aspects of general accounting, period end closing, and reporting activities.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on establishing best practices in reporting and processes. Your responsibilities will include owning all aspects of financial management and control for the project, managing and developing the JV accountants and analysts, producing presentations and communications on project financial matters, and managing the process for drawing down funds from senior lenders and shareholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified accountant with good working knowledge of IFRS & FRS 101, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously. Experience of leading and coaching is preferred but not essential.
