About the Role

As a Space Planner at Marks & Spencer Plc, you will play a key role in developing and delivering the Business Unit Space Strategy. This involves working closely with Business Units to ensure effective space allocation, seasonal and annual space use, and driving store or category performance in sales, margin, and controllable contribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Business Units to develop and deliver the Business Unit Space Strategy
  • Drive space productivity using space data, insight, and analytics to inform grading optimisation, densities, ratios, space %TTs and SDG space allocation
  • Share Space performance data with Business Units on a weekly basis, calling out opportunities for improvement
  • Good understanding of the Clothing & Home business and operation
